د دې دوو سترو مسلمانانو په مشری کې د شريعت د پاره ډېر کار اوشو.

په ۱۹۳۱ کې د مسلم ليګ مشري سر ظفر الله خان ته ورکړل شوه. ظفر الله خان قادياني وو. د بهټو په وخت کې دا د پاکستان د اساسي قانون برخه شوله چې قاديانان کافران دي. نو داسي يو بل کافر د اسلامي شريعت کار پر مخ  روان کړ. د اسلام د دې ستر خذمت د پاره انګريز ده ته هم د "سر" خطاب ورکړې وو.

په ۱۹۳۷ کې جناح د څلورم ځل د پاره د مسلم ليګ مشر و ټاکل شو. جناح د اسماعيلي مسلک وو. په خپل ژوند کي يې کله هم د شريعت و نه منل، په اسلام خبر هم نه وو خو د اسلامي شريعت د پاره يې يو هيواد جوړ کړ. ملايانو به ورته "کافر اعظم" ويل.

د پاکستاني شريعت يو بل لوی مبلغ اقبال لاهوري وو. څله چې ده د اسلام د سرلوړي دپاره کار کولو او غوښتل يې چې مسلمانان د انګريز له مرييتوب څخه خلاس کړي نو ځکه انګريز د "سر" خطاب ورکړ.

د بهټو پس امير المومنين ضياع الحق د شريعت کار پر مخ روان کړ. جماعت اسلامي په لومړي ځل يوه پاکستاني اولس مشر ته د امير المومنين خطاب ورکړ. ضياع الحق د افغان په وطن د مرګ لوبه روانه کره. خو دا يوه ګټه يې وکړه چې په اول ځل يو سړي د پنجاب ټولنه هم بنسټپاله کړه او د پرمختګ لوري يې ورباندي بند کړل نو ځکه يې مړ کړی.

د ضياع پس دومره اميران المومنان را پيدا شو چې په شمېرلو به يې ستړې شې. د مثال په توګه يې درې کسان يادوو.

۱. مولانا پزل رامان: د بينظيري مرستيال وو، هر کله په حکومت کي وي، په پاکستان کې اولس واکي (ډيماکرېسي) عين اسلام ګڼي په افغانستان کې کفر. ډيزل، مزکي او په نورو فسادونو کې نوموړی ياديږي.

۲. مولانا سمي الهک: مولانا سينډوچ هم ورته وائي. هغه په دې چې يوه اړخ ته يې ښځه (فاحشه) پروته وي بل اړخ ته هلک. د طالبانو پلار دې.

۳. ملا اشرفي: په ټولنيزو رسنئيو خورا ښه نوم لري. يوه ويډيو يې ډېره مشهوره شوه چې د امريکا له سفارت څخه د شراب په نشه ډوب، کالي خراپ راوتلی وو. د پاکستاني علماوو د کونسل مشر دې.

د دې اميران الومنان سره د ځناورانو لښکري دي چې پاکستاني پوځ او آئ ايس آئ روزلي دي. طالبان، سپاه صحابه، لښکر طيبه، جيش محمد، انصار الاسلام، لښکر اسلام، جند الله، حزب التحرير او ګوره چې لا نور په څومره نومونو لګيا دي شريعت غواړي.
